"Bunga-bunga" being only one of a host of nonsense words used in a context which appeared to convey significant meaning, a la "Yippee!" "Zenga zenga!" "Cowabunga!" "Holy cow!/smoke!/mackeral!/sh*t!" "Hokey doodle!" "Whazoo!" and many others.<br />Some of the phrases are likely to remain orphans, claimed by nobody (for obvious reasons) but some, like "bunga-bunga" will be attributed to all manner of sources.<br />Thank you for providing the true provenance of that particular phrase.
